\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Amy Robach<\/strong><\/a> and boyfriend T.J. Holmes<\/strong><\/a> are taking things nice and slow.<\/p>\n In the debut episode of her new podcast I Do, Part 2 <\/em><\/a>– which she co-hosts with T.J.<\/strong>, 47, Jennie Garth<\/strong><\/a>, and Jana Kramer<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 Amy<\/strong>, 51, explained why she and T.J.<\/strong> are in no rush to get married.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u201cThere is no urgency in the sense that I\u2019m 51 years old. I don\u2019t need to rush into anything,\u201d Amy<\/strong> explained. \u201cI think I have rushed into everything in my life up until now. But, he knows I wanna get married, and I know he wants to get married.\u201d<\/p>\n If you forgot, the former GMA3<\/em> hosts were ousted from their jobs at ABC<\/a> back in January 2023 after it was revealed that they were romantically involved while both married to other people. Amy <\/strong>and T.J.<\/strong> are now both divorced.<\/p>\n Amy<\/strong> went on to say that she and T.J.<\/strong> have \u201csaid to each other and publicly\u201d that they want to live the rest of their lives together.<\/p>\n \u201cWe haven\u2019t put a timeline together, and we talk about it all the time. I don\u2019t think a week goes by where we don\u2019t discuss like, \u2018Should we? Should we?\u2019\u201d Amy<\/strong> added with a laugh.<\/p>\n T.J.<\/strong> then chimed in explaining how love feels \u201cdifferent\u201d with Amy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cI am such a fan of love, There is nothing I love more than a wedding and just the idea of somebody making that commitment and a new beginning and building something together,\u201d T.J.<\/strong> gushed. \u201cIt\u2019s different for me this time around, where it doesn\u2019t feel like the next step. [Like], \u2018What needs to be done? It\u2019s been so long.\u2019 No, I just want to marry her.\u201d<\/p>\n Amy<\/strong> then chimed in, saying that she feels \u201ca safety\u201d and \u201ccomfort\u201d with T.J.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cThere is an ease in knowing that person has publicly and legally committed to working it out with you,\u201d Amy<\/strong> said.<\/p>\n She later added, \u201cI do want be married, and I do love the idea of having a partner and sticking with each other through the good days and the bad.\u201d<\/p>\n If you missed it, T.J.<\/strong> hinted at an unexpected consequence<\/a> of his and Amy<\/strong>\u2018s affair.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
