90 Day Fianc\u00e9<\/em><\/a>\u2019s Robert Springs<\/strong> and Anny Francisco<\/strong> are doing their best to cope with the death of their son, Adriel Hassan.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is really tough,\u201d Robert exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> on Thursday, September 12. \u201cYou just have to lean on each other, put your faith in God\u2019s hands and there\u2019s going to be a lot of lashing out. You may not understand.\u201d<\/p>\n

Anny announced via Instagram<\/a> in April 2022 that Adriel had died at 7 months old.<\/p>\n

\u201cToday is one of the worst days of my life, my son Adriel spring died. I am devastated and [so are] my family,\u201d she wrote. \u201cLife is so hard and difficult. I never thought I would lose my son. He was a fighter \u2026 his heart couldn\u2019t take it \u2026 my heart is broken. It\u2019s a big pain.\u201d<\/p>\n

The TLC reality series, whose seventh season aired in early 2020, follows hopeful couples who have applied for or received their K-1 visas and must get married within 90 [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Despite the profound loss, Robert told Us<\/em> that he does his best to stay positive.<\/p>\n

\u201cGoing through those obstacles that we went through of losing a child \u2014 and like I said, my wife can lash out \u2014 but it\u2019s like, \u2018Hey, are you going to throw gas to the flame or are you going to just put a blanket over it?\u2019\u201d he said. \u201cAnd I\u2019ll just put a blanket over it, try to ease the conversation, just not talk about it, just so that it can die down. You just got to look for brighter days. It\u2019s not going to rain all the time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Robert and Anny previously welcomed daughter Brenda in July 2020, and Anny is now pregnant with another baby. Robert also shares five children with four other women. His son Bryson, 4, lives with him, Anny and Brenda full-time.<\/p>\n

The couple were introduced to 90 Day Fianc\u00e9<\/em> viewers on season 7 of the TLC series, which premiered in 2019. As fans of the show know, Robert proposed to Anny on a trip to her home country, the Dominican Republic, after knowing her for eight hours. The twosome have been going strong since they tied the knot in 2019 and have appeared on the spinoffs 90 Day Fianc\u00e9: Pillow Talk<\/em> and 90 Day Fianc\u00e9: What Now?<\/em><\/p>\n

After enduring hardship together, Robert and Anny are excited to welcome a new baby in November.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy daughter is extremely excited. She kisses [her mom\u2019s] belly,\u201d Robert told Us<\/em>. \u201cI\u2019m just looking [forward to being] the dad that I am meant to be. [Being a] loving husband \u2026 and just [having] fun with my family, that\u2019s what it\u2019s all about.\u201d<\/p>\n
