Scheana Shay<\/strong> <\/a>said Ariana Madix<\/strong><\/a> is doing well after figuring out how to avoid Tom Sandoval<\/strong> <\/a>while sharing a house.<\/p>\n \u201cShe\u2019s doing amazing. Obviously, this has been very hard. You know, she misses her partner \u2014 the person that she thought he was,\u201d the \u201cScheananigans\u201d host<\/a> said on the Friday, April 7, episode of the Dear Media podcast. \u201cAnd they still share a house together. So she can\u2019t fully move on while he\u2019s still coming in and out of her house.\u201d<\/p>\n Sandoval, 40, cheated on Madix, 37, with fellow Vanderpump Rules<\/em> <\/a>cast member Raquel Leviss<\/strong><\/a>. Once Madix learned of the affair in early March, she and Sandoval ended their nine-year relationship. However, the exes still share the 5-bedroom home they bought in 2019 for $2.075 million.<\/p>\n Shay revealed that the Tom Sandoval and the Most Extras frontman contacts a mediator before entering the home. \u201cHe has now agreed to communicate with a third party, letting either his assistant or one of her best friends know when he needs to come into the house, or if he needs to stay in the guest room, if he needs to come get some stuff or whatever,\u201d the \u201cGood as Gold\u201d singer explained.<\/p>\n She added that this is an improvement compared to how Sandoval behaved immediately after the breakup.<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s trying to be more respectful of her, I think,\u201d Shay said. \u201cBut in the beginning, it was like, \u2018This is my house! I pay half the mortgage, I\u2019m gonna come and go as I please,\u2019\u201d Shay recalled. \u201cAnd it\u2019s just like, \u2018Bro, you just blew up her world. The least you can do is give her some f\u2013king space.\u2019 It\u2019s called a hotel!\u201d<\/p>\n She further explained that he can\u2019t stay with business partner Tom Schwartz<\/strong><\/a> \u201cbecause Jo<\/strong> [Wenberg<\/strong>]<\/a> is there.\u201d<\/p>\n Schwartz, 40, recently revealed that he knew in late August 2022<\/a> that Sandoval and Leviss, 28, had a \u201cone-night stand.\u201d In January, Sandoval confessed to Schwartz that he was \u201cin love\u201d with the former beauty pageant contestant, Schwartz revealed on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen<\/em> on Thursday, April 6.<\/p>\n Shay, for her part, feels betrayed by Leviss, Sandoval and Schwartz. \u201cI\u2019ve never experienced anything like this level of betrayal<\/a>,\u201d she said on her podcast.<\/p>\n \u201cAll three of them were in my wedding! What am I gonna do with these photos?\u201d she asked. She jokingly added, \u201cI should just put Lala\u2019s face on Raquel on the bridesmaids photos.\u201d<\/p>\n Sandoval and Leviss both issued apology statements to Madix last month in the aftermath of their affair going public. However, the affair wasn\u2019t the only point of contention between Leviss and Shay. The California native filed a temporary restraining order<\/a> against the singer after an alleged fight on March 2.<\/p>\n Leviss alleged in court docs<\/a> that Shay had punched her \u2014 resulting in alleged bruises<\/a> on her face \u2014 after learning about Leviss\u2019 affair with Sandoval.<\/p>\n However, Shay claimed that she had only shoved Leviss because she was so stunned by the affair revelation.<\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s barkers and there\u2019s biters in this group. And that night, I was a biter. I had no words because nothing was getting through to her,\u201d Shay claimed during a March episode of the \u201cScheananigans\u201d podcast. \u201cWhen she touched me, I was just so enraged. I was just like, \u2018Get off me! Get out of my space.\u2019 I just needed her away from me in that moment.\u201d<\/p>\n After the Pump Rules<\/em> season 10 reunion taped on March 23 \u2014 which required Leviss and Shay to film separately to abide by the legal order \u2014 Leviss released a statement revealing that she intended to drop the restraining order<\/a>.<\/p>\n
