\u2018The Substance\u2019 actress, 61, has been divorced three times \u2013 with her exes including Ashton Kutcher<\/a>, 46, and 69-year-old Bruce Willis \u2013 and she has now said she has been fixated on her career instead of men since around 2019.<\/p>\n

She told The Guardian: \u201cDating is not really where my focus is. Particularly in the last four, five years, my focus has been to lean into my work.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m more in a place that’s much more about choice as opposed to feeling there is any kind of lack.\u201d<\/p>\n

Demi\u2019s new film \u2018The Substance\u2019 sees her starring as a washed-up fitness guru who takes an experimental drug that leads her to \u2018birth\u2019 a younger and more perfect version of herself, played by 29-year-old \u2018Once Upon a Time\u2026 in Hollywood\u2019 actress Margaret Qualley.<\/p>\n

\nHer dating admission comes after Demi said she \u201ctreasures\u201d the time she spends with Bruce Willis as he continues to battle dementia.<\/p>\n

\nDemi was married to the \u2018Die Hard\u2019 star \u2013 with whom she has children Rumer, 36, Scout, 33, and 30-year-old Tallulah \u2013 from 1987 to 2000, and is now in regular contact with her ex amid his health battle.<\/p>\n

\nShe said on \u2018The Drew Barrymore Show\u2019 about the advice she gives her children when it comes to communicating with their ill father: \u201cWhat I say to my kids is you meet (people) where they\u2019re at. <\/p>\n

\n\u201cYou don\u2019t hold on to who they were or what you want them to be, but who they are in this moment. <\/p>\n

\n\u201cAnd from that, there is such beauty and joy and loving and sweetness. <\/p>\n

\n\u201cWhen I\u2019m in LA, I go over (to Bruce\u2019s house) every week, and I really treasure the time that we all share.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nIn 2022, Bruce\u2019s family \u2013 which includes his current wife Emma Heming Willis, 46, and their kids Mabel, 12, and nine-year-old Evelyn \u2013 announced he was retiring from acting after being diagnosed with speech and language disorder aphasia, with his dementia diagnosis confirmed the following year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
