\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Usher<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about his body.<\/p>\n The 45-year-old superstar got candid about maintaining his fit physique in a new interview with Us Weekly<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cThe consistency that comes with being a performer who has to dance and sing and still have a six pack at 45 years old? Maybe there\u2019s somebody who needs to hear this song and feel this emotion right now and let them know that they\u2019re not alone.\u201d<\/p>\n He also revealed he has more goals for his future.<\/p>\n \u201cI could win an Oscar,\u201d he said. \u201cThere\u2019s many ways. There\u2019s documentaries that have won Oscars. There\u2019s live performances that have won Oscars. Who knows? Musical scoring. So many different things in musical categories that may potentially play.
