Mary Cosby<\/strong> is never afraid to keep it real in Salt Lake City.<\/p>\n

As excitement continues to build for season 5 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City<\/i><\/a>, viewers will soon be able to witness Mary, 51, as a full-time cast member with an unexpected alliance.<\/p>\n

\u201cI went into it wanting to make the best of every situation just because I knew that we had to top last season,\u201d Mary exclusively told Us Weekly<\/i>. \u201cSeeing that I don\u2019t trust any of the women except Angie<\/strong> [Katsanevas<\/strong>], I just prayed for the best and hoped for the best and that\u2019s kind of where I was.\u201d<\/p>\n

In previous seasons of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City<\/i><\/a>, Mary and Angie, 50, didn\u2019t always see eye-to-eye. But in a surprise turn of events, the pair found themselves connected on a deeper level while filming a new season.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tThese Real Housewives are not afraid to document their plastic surgery recovery, bandages and all. In November 2023, The Real Housewives of Dubai star Caroline Stanbury\u2019s husband, Sergio Carrallo, took followers along on her postoperative journey. In the vlog shared via Instagram, Stanbury sat in the passenger\u2019s seat of the car while she was covered [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cIt happened organically. That\u2019s what\u2019s been really special about it,\u201d Angie told Us<\/i>. \u201cI wanna find true, organic, real friendships on this cast. Mary and I have chemistry. We\u2019re very raw and vulnerable with each other, and it was an unforeseen friendship. I think from two people that just became very vulnerable with each other, we felt that we could trust each other.\u201d<\/p>\n

Overtime, Angie said Mary \u201csoftened with me\u201d and could let her walls down when cameras were rolling.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel like I got to know a Mary that maybe the girls on the cast and the world don\u2019t even really know,\u201d she continued. \u201cIt\u2019s very special. I\u2019m honored to have this friendship, and I think we got through the season together side-by-side and hand-in-hand.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Mary\u2019s friendship with Angie may be stronger than ever, she can\u2019t say the same thing about Meredith Marks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Once thick as thieves, the duo can now be seen arguing in Bravo\u2019s explosive RHOSLC<\/i> trailer<\/a>. While she isn\u2019t willing to throw the friendship away forever, Mary admits she had some growing pains with her costar.<\/p>\n

\u201cI always say, \u2018If people show you who they are, believe them,\u2019\u201d Mary explained. \u201cI know who Meredith is. I\u2019ll just say this, I don\u2019t hold grudges. Moving forward, let\u2019s just see how it works out because for me, I feel like it\u2019s a friendship that probably has been severed, but let\u2019s just see what happens. I\u2019ll just say that.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Mary believes Heather Gay<\/strong> is \u201chaving the hardest time leading her truth,\u201d she believes they are in a \u201cgood place.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for Whitney Rose<\/strong>, Mary isn\u2019t hanging out with the \u201clittle girl.\u201d At the same time, she\u2019s supportive of her ongoing healing journey.<\/p>\n
