Selling Sunset<\/span><\/i><\/a> star <\/span>Mary Bonnet<\/b><\/a> reveals where she stands with former costar <\/span>Christine Quinn<\/b><\/a> during an exclusive video interview with Life & Style<\/em>.<\/p>\n After Christine, 35, left Selling Sunset<\/em> at the end of season 5, she and Mary, 44, fell out of touch. However, Mary tells Life & Style that she has seen Christine \u201conly a couple times\u201d in recent years.<\/p>\n \u201cShe had texted me a couple times and then I ran into her at an event, and so I think it got a lot of people talking because there was a picture of the two of us together,\u201d the reality star says. \u201cBut that\u2019s the only time that we\u2019ve really spoken.\u201d<\/p>\n Despite no longer starring on the reality show<\/span><\/a>, Christine has made headlines in recent months amid her divorce from estranged husband <\/span>Christian Dumontet<\/b>. The pair \u2013 who share son Christian Georges, 2 \u2013 <\/span>filed for divorce after five years of marriage in April<\/span><\/a> after an alleged domestic incident occurred between them.<\/p>\n \u201cMy heart goes out to her for everything she\u2019s going through,\u201d Mary tells Life & Style<\/em> about Christine. \u201cIt\u2019s not easy. I mean, I\u2019ve been through the domestic situation too. And it\u2019s not fun. So I told her, you know, I\u2019m there for her and thinking of her and her son.\u201d<\/p>\n Mary opens up about her own domestic abuse experience in her upcoming memoir Selling Sunshine: Surviving Teenage Motherhood, Thriving in Luxury Real Estate and Finally Finding My Voice<\/em>, which is set to be released on Tuesday, September 24.<\/p>\n Prior to the book\u2019s release, Mary opened up to Us Weekly<\/span><\/i><\/a> about <\/span>discussing her abusive marriage<\/span><\/a> with her second ex-husband in the book.<\/p>\n \u201cThat was hard because I didn\u2019t want to say anything that was damaging to him because a lot of people didn\u2019t know how bad it was,\u201d she told the outlet in an interview published on September 4. \u201cI kept everything quiet, but I also wanted other women [to] know. I hear so many times, \u2018I\u2019ll probably take him back\u2019 and \u2018He said he is not going to do it anymore.\u2019 That\u2019s the new benchmark and every time it\u2019s going to get worse.\u201d<\/p>\n Despite sharing personal details in her book, Mary said she \u201cchanged the names of everybody\u201d mentioned in the memoir because she didn\u2019t \u201cwant to cause harm.\u201d She explained that she refers to her ex-husband as \u201cDrew,\u201d and she revealed she conceived twins during the marriage and ultimately miscarried.<\/p>\n \u201cWe did in vitro and got pregnant with twin girls. I miscarried the first one around six or seven weeks, then the other one right before 10 weeks. It\u2019s just something you deal with and get through,\u201d Mary shared. \u201cYou just have to believe that there\u2019s a reason for everything. I would still be tied to that ex and who knows what that would be like for the girls. I just try to [find] a silver lining.\u201d<\/p>\n
