I enjoy watching them grow every single day, and I love being their dad.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.femalefirst.co.uk\/prince-harry\/\" class=\"exposure-link \" data-linktrack=\"LinkTracker,articleExposure,prince-harry\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Prince Harry<\/a> tied the knot with Meghan in 2018 but they relinquished royal duties in early 2020 in favour of a life in LA.<\/p>\n<p>It was recently reported that he is set to inherit \u00a38 million from the late Queen Mother &#8211; who died in 2002 at the age of 101 &#8211; upon his birthday.<\/p>\n<p>\nWhen he was 10, Harry&#8217;s great-grandmother, who was then 94, apparently put aside a tax-free \u00a319 million to leave to her great-grandchildren, according to The Times.<\/p>\n<p>\nIt is thought that the inheritances were divided into two installments \u2013 one to be given to Harry and his brother William, 42, when they turned 21, and another on their 40th birthdays.<\/p>\n<p>\nA former palace aide told The Times: \u201cThere was a trust fund set up at the time.<\/p>\n<p>\nIt was a way in which the Queen Mother could set aside money for when her great-grandchildren were older and a way of passing a slice of her estate down in a tax-efficient way.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cIt was a way in which some of her estate could be ring-fenced for them.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\nWilliam became Duke of Cornwall when he was made Prince of Wales after King Charles\u2019 coronation following the death of Queen Elizabeth in September 2022, and is estimated to have received a \u00a323.6 million fortune by inheriting the estate.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><br \/>\n<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.femalefirst.co.uk\/royal_family\/prince-harry-reveals-best-gift-ever-given-ahead-40th-birthday-1406101.html?f=rss\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Source link <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>11 September 2024 Prince Harry&#8216;s children are the &#8220;best gift&#8221; he has ever been given.
