The penalty ranges from a $300 to $500 fine, with no other punishment. The judge will set the exact amount during a hearing Friday (September 13), when the plea deal is officially presented before the court.<\/p>\n Justin<\/strong> was facing a serious criminal charge of DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) following his June arrest in Sag Harbor, New York. He virtually pled not guilty in early August.<\/a><\/p>\n He will still have his drivers license suspended in New York because he refused to submit to a Breathalyzer test after he was pulled over by an offer, which triggers automatic license suspension for a year in the state.<\/p>\n The judge previously scolded the \u201cunprepared\u201d prosecution in the case in August.<\/a><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
