There\u2019s still hope for The Bachelorette<\/em><\/a> fans who have been shipping Jonathon Johnson<\/strong><\/a> rekindling a romance with Jenn Tran<\/strong><\/a> outside of the show, at least in his eyes.<\/p>\n The former season 21 contestant, 26, was asked by Nick Viall<\/strong> if he and Jenn, 26, have had a \u201csincere conversation\u201d about \u201cexploring\u201d something more than friendship during Jonathon\u2019s Tuesday, September 10, appearance on \u201cThe Viall Files\u201d podcast.<\/p>\n \u201cThe conversation has not been had yet,\u201d he replied, as Nick\u2019s wife and cohost Natalie Joy<\/strong> jumped in to ask \u201cyet?\u201d Jonathon explained. \u201cShe\u2019s going to be in L.A. for the next few months where I live, so \u2026 at some point.\u201d<\/p>\n Jenn was announced as a contestant on the upcoming season 33 of Dancing With the Stars<\/em> on September 4. The show is filmed in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n When Nick, 43, asked if there had been any \u201cflirty texts\u201d between Jonathon and Jenn, he smiled and responded, \u201cI don\u2019t know. I don\u2019t know what you define as flirty. I\u2019m an 8-year-old at heart, I can\u2019t tell when somebody\u2019s flirting with me or just trying to give me a high-five.\u201d<\/p>\n Jonathon went on to explain how he and Jenn ended up shooting two TikTok videos on September 7 that led fans to believe they could be reuniting as a couple<\/a>. She dropped the posts four days after revealing on After the Final Rose<\/em> that fianc\u00e9 Devin Strader<\/strong> dumped her<\/a> two months after his romantic proposal on The Bachelorette<\/em> was filmed.<\/p>\n In the first video<\/a> Jenn posted, she mouthed the line, \u201cEverybody wants to know what I\u2019d do if I didn\u2019t win.\u201d The physician\u2019s assistant trainee then backed away from the camera as Jonathon came into the shot and added, \u201cI guess we\u2019ll never know,\u201d with a big smile.<\/p>\n In the second video<\/a>, Jenn and Jonathon stood in the same poolside location as they mouthed the words to a scene from Keeping Up With the Kardashians<\/em>. However, she included a fan comment from the previous post in the upper corner of the screen that read, \u201c\u2018I once believed love would be black and white \u2026 and now it\u2019s golden.\u2019 Jonthan is golden,\u201d seeming to hint at a lyric from Taylor Swift\u2019s song \u201cDaylight.\u201d<\/p>\n Jonathon explained that a friend of his was doing a photoshoot in the Hollywood Hills where he rented out a house and Jenn happened to be nearby in Burbank, California. They decided to get together before she left for Boston and the pair went out to dinner before going back to the house to shoot the videos.<\/p>\n The former reality star relayed an adorable story about how they were recognized by fans. As the pair walked out of the sushi restaurant, someone cheered from a passing car, \u201cJenn we love you\u2026\u201d before noticing him and yelling in surprise, \u201cJonathon!\u201d<\/p>\n Sadly, for his sake, it doesn\u2019t appear that Jonathon will be anything more than friends<\/a> with Jenn, who appeared on Kaitlyn Bristowe<\/strong>\u2018s \u201cOff the Vine\u201d podcast on Tuesday, September 10, the same day his appearance on \u201cThe Viall Files\u201d dropped.<\/p>\n \u201cThe internet loves Jenn and Jonathon,\u201d the Miami resident said about how fans were shipping on her getting together with her third-place contestant after her split from Devin, 31. Jonathon was sent home following their fantasy suite date.<\/p>\n \u201cI probably will be grabbing a beer with Jonathon, Jeremy [Simon], whoever it is,\u201d she shared. \u201cI want so badly to keep those friendships, but nothing more than that,\u201d she said about her former contestants.<\/p>\n Jonathon revealed during his podcast episode that he reached out to Devin following his appearance on After the Final Rose<\/em>, where he came face-to-face with Jenn<\/a> for the first time since their split.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m a huge advocate on mental health and after having all of America jump down your throat and say \u2018You\u2019re the worst person in America right now\u2019 can\u2019t feel good. So, human to human, I just wanted to reach out and be like, \u2018Hey dude are you OK?
