Vanderpump Rules<\/em><\/a> fans who made the connection that Tom Sandoval<\/strong><\/a> and Rachel \u201cRaquel\u201d Leviss<\/strong><\/a> hired siblings to represent them on opposite sides in their revenge porn case are getting new details on the connection.<\/p>\n

Rachel, 29, had her attorney, Mark Geragos<\/strong>, as a guest on the Tuesday, September 10, episode of the \u201cRachel Goes Rogue\u201d podcast<\/a> where they discussed her decision to sue Sandoval, 42, and Ariana Madix<\/strong> for revenge porn, eavesdropping and invasion of privacy.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe then had a situation when Mr. Sandoval hired my brother,\u201d Mark recalled before Rachel asked him to clarify the situation. \u201cMatt is my little brother and Sandoval hired him. I can\u2019t blame him because Matt is a hell of a lawyer.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mark speculated on Sandoval\u2019s motives for hiring Matt, adding, \u201cI think he thought Matt was going to whisper in my ear at Thanksgiving or something. Who knows what he thought?\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite the connection, Mark clarified that he had \u201cno inside information\u201d on why Matt was brought on as Sandoval\u2019s counsel.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have no inside information as to what transpired or how that transpired. I will tell you that for [the people asking] if that is a conflict of interest, if Matt worked with me then yes. It would be a conflict of interest,\u201d Mark added. \u201cIf we were partners in a law firm, it would be a conflict of interest.\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued: \u201cIt\u2019s not like we\u2019re at Christmas dinner saying, \u2018OK, I\u2019ll do this on Rachel\u2019s end and you do this on Tom\u2019s end. It\u2019s not a conflict of interest. It\u2019s an interesting choice.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSeveral Vanderpump Rules stars have stepped away from the Bravo series over the years. Cameras started following the staff at Lisa Vanderpump\u2019s West Hollywood restaurant SUR in 2012 after she rose to fame on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Season 1 of Pump Rules, which premiered in January 2013, starred Lisa, Stassi Schroeder, Jax [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Sandoval hired Matthew after Rachel sued Sandoval and Ariana<\/a>, 39, in March. Sandoval and Ariana, who called it quits in March 2023 after Sandoval\u2019s affair with Rachel came to light, individually petitioned the court to dismiss Rachel\u2019s suit.<\/a><\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/em> broke the news in July that Sandoval subsequently sued Ariana. In documents obtained by Us<\/em>, Sandoval claimed that Ariana \u201cobtained access\u201d to his phone on March 1, 2023, and reviewed videos of Sandoval and Rachel<\/a> amid their affair without his \u201cauthorization or permission.\u201d The filing alleged that Ariana \u201cmade copies\u201d of the NSFW video and distributed it to \u201cLeviss and third parties\u201d against his authority.<\/p>\n

Ariana has denied multiple times<\/a> that she shared the video of Rachel with other people. Days after making headlines for his lawsuit, Sandoval walked back his decision and claimed he didn\u2019t know he was suing Ariana.<\/p>\n
