Dancing With the Stars<\/em> pro Artem Chigvintsev<\/strong><\/a> seemingly removed his wife Nikki Garcia\u2019s<\/strong><\/a> (formerly Nikki Bella) name from his Instagram account and then added it back. The change comes after Artem was arrested for domestic violence<\/a> in Napa Valley, California.<\/p>\n Artem, 42, had previously linked to Nikki\u2019s Instagram account in his bio on the site. For a short time, fans noticed that he had removed her name. His bio read, \u201cFather to Matteo, DWTS<\/em> Pro Dancer, Emmy Nominated Choreographer, DWTS<\/em> Mirror Ball Winner, SCD Mirror Ball Winner.\u201d On Saturday, September 7, he added her name back to his bio along with a bride emoji and a red heart.<\/p>\n The Russian native was arrested on August 29. According to jail records, he was booked on California penal code 273.5(a). That specific code \u201cmakes it illegal to injure a spouse, cohabitant or fellow parent in an act of domestic violence. This offense is also referred to as domestic abuse, domestic violence or corporal injury to a spouse.\u201d<\/p>\n Artem was released from jail on the same day after he posted his bail, which was set at $25,000.<\/p>\n TMZ<\/em><\/a> reported that the professional dancer called 911 the morning of his arrest, and the outlet obtained an audio clip of the call.<\/p>\n \u201cInitially came in as requesting medical, but now he is stating he got into an argument with his wife and his wife threw shoes at [the reporting party],\u201d the dispatcher said. \u201cThere is a child on scene.
