As of September 5th, Telegram\u2019s response to the question read in part, \u201cAll Telegram chats and group chats are private amongst their participants. We do not process any requests related to them,\u201d according to a Wayback Machine archive<\/a> of the page. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n But at the time of this writing, that sentence has been removed<\/a>. Instead, has been replaced with: \u201cAll Telegram apps have\u00a0\u2018Report\u2019\u00a0buttons that let you flag illegal content for our moderators \u2014 in just a few taps,\u201d followed by instructions on how to report content.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
