\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Crutch<\/strong><\/em> is adding a new cast member!<\/p>\n Jermaine Fowler<\/strong><\/a> has joined the upcoming The Neighborhood<\/strong><\/a> <\/em>spinoff series which is set for Paramount+, Variety<\/em> reveals<\/a>.<\/p>\n The comedian and actor will be joining Tracy Morgan<\/strong><\/a>, who will play a new, reimagined character set in the same world as The Neighborhood<\/em>.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Crutch <\/em>centers on \u201cFrancois \u2018Frank\u2019 Crutchfield (Morgan<\/strong>) \u2013 or \u2018Crutch\u2019 to those that know him well \u2013 a Harlem widower whose empty nest plans are put on hold after his millennial son and free-spirited daughter move back home.\u201d<\/p>\n Tracy<\/strong> originally played Curtis on The Neighborhood<\/em>, who was Calvin\u2019s (Cedric the Entertainer<\/strong><\/a>) brother, but Crutch is his cousin.<\/p>\n Jermaine<\/strong>\u2018s character will be Jake, who is described as \u201can Ivy League educated lawyer who forgoes a high-paying position at a swanky, white shoe law firm to provide low-cost legal aid in Harlem.\u201d <\/p>\n The spinoff was first announced earlier this year<\/a> with a series order.<\/p>\n If you missed it, find out who is returning for the next season of The Neighborhood<\/em><\/a> on CBS!<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
