So far, X is reportedly still accessible via the service. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2024\/09\/02\/world\/americas\/brazil-elon-musk-supreme-court.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>The New York Times<\/em><\/a> reports de Moraes has blocked Starlink from making Brazilian transactions while the court seeks to collect $3 million in unpaid fines by X.
