Picking the best of Rory Gilmore\u2019s boyfriends can incite a debate among passionate Gilmore Girls <\/i><\/a>fans, but star Kelly Bishop<\/strong><\/a> has a clear, Emily-approved frontrunner in her mind.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have to admit, I\u2019m Team Logan, although I really love the other two,\u201d Bishop, 80, shared in a Saturday, August 31 TikTok<\/a> video posted by Gallery Books. \u201cBut there is something about Logan.\u201d (Gallery Books is publishing Bishop\u2019s upcoming memoir, The Third Gilmore Girl.<\/i>)<\/p>\n

Gilmore Girls <\/i>originally ran on The WB (later The CW for the final seasons) between 2000 and 2007, following fast-talking single mom Lorelai Gilmore (Lauren Graham<\/strong>) and teenage daughter Rory (Alexis Bledel<\/strong>) in the quirky small town of Stars Hallow, Connecticut. Bishop, well known for her roles<\/a> in A Chorus Line <\/i>and Dirty Dancing<\/i>, played Lorelei\u2019s mother, Emily Gilmore.<\/p>\n

Throughout the seven seasons and 2016\u2019s Year in the Life <\/i>revival, Rory flitted between relationships with Dean Forester (Jared Padalecki<\/strong>), Jess Mariano (Milo Ventimiglia<\/strong>) and Logan Huntzberger (Matt Czuchry<\/strong>), respectively. Fans often questioned which man was The One for Rory, but many of the cast members remained diplomatic<\/a> in their rankings and have long been unable to choose a favorite.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tMore than 20 years after Gilmore\u00a0Girls first aired in 2000 \u2014 and was rebooted in 2016 for a four-part update \u2014 viewers are still yearning for more from Lorelai and Rory\u00a0Gilmore. For six seasons from 2000 to 2007, fans followed the lives of mother-daughter duo Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and Rory Gilmore (Alexis Bledel) in the [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

For Bishop, however, she is particularly drawn to Czuchry\u2019s acting skills.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s something about his acting that I particularly liked in working with him,\u201d Bishop, who filmed more scenes with Czuchry than Padalecki and Ventimiglia, said on Saturday. \u201cHe had a very manly quality, [whereas] the other guys were like boys. Great boys, but Logan was like an old movie star, like a man.\u201d<\/p>\n

Logan, however, has gotten a bad rap through the years with fans lamenting his high society demeanor, family\u2019s ambivalence toward Rory and adultery in A Year in the Life.<\/i><\/p>\n

During an April appearance on The Talk<\/i><\/a>, Czuchry, 47, reacted to the fan theories about his character\u2019s alleged inconsistencies<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe shouldn\u2019t be searching for perfection in anything, whether it be in relationships or whatever it may be,\u201d Czuchry said on the talk show. \u201cYou know, that show has spanned generations because of the timeless nature of it and Amy Sherman-Palladino<\/strong> and Dan Palladino<\/strong>, who created that show, are amazing artists.\u201d<\/p>\n
