Welcome to Plathville<\/em><\/a>\u2019s Ethan Plath<\/strong> recently arrived in California after traveling from Minnesota on his motorcycle, but he won\u2019t be paying a visit to his ex-wife Olivia Plath<\/strong> while he\u2019s in the state.<\/p>\n

Ethan, 26, shared a series of photos of his road trip via Instagram<\/a> on Saturday, August 31, captioning the post, \u201cOver 10,000 miles after leaving Minnesota I finally made it to the west coast in California! And yes my Jeans show the miles.\u201d In one of the photos, Ethan has a large rip in the seat of his pants.<\/p>\n

One commenter asked if he would see his ex-wife while he was in the state, but he replied, \u201cNo definitely not.\u201d Olivia, 26, moved from Minnesota to Los Angeles shortly after she announced her divorce from Ethan<\/a> in October 2023 after five years of marriage and seven years together.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have ambivalent memories of us being 18 years old, innocently dreaming of forever \u2014 but the partner you choose is a reflection of the world you want to live in, and at 18 I didn\u2019t know who I was or what kind of life I wanted to create for myself,\u201d she wrote via Instagram at the time. \u201cThere were good moments and I want to remember and honor those.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tWelcome to Plathville stars Ethan Plath and Olivia Plath faced their fair share of challenges before calling it quits. The reality stars wed in October 2018 after being engaged for nearly a year. Despite the occasion, the newlyweds faced tension with Ethan\u2019s ultra-conservative parents, Kim and Barry Plath, at the start of their relationship. \u201cWhen [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

She added, \u201cWe fell in love as children and are going our separate ways as adults. Wiser, older and braver. We will be OK.\u201d In his own post via Instagram addressing their split, Ethan noted that \u201cit just didn\u2019t work between [them],\u201d and they \u201cboth gave it all we had.\u201d The exes officially filed for divorce<\/a> in February.<\/p>\n

While Olivia has jumped back into the dating scene since arriving in Los Angeles, Ethan admitted in a season 6 episode of Welcome to Plathville that he was struggling to move on<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t understand how you can move on so easily after seven years,\u201d he told Olivia on the August 13 episode after she had arrived in Minnesota to move her things of their apartment. Olivia responded, \u201cWho said it was easy? Because it wasn\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Ethan hit the open road post-divorce, Olivia has shifted her focus to her new life. In July, she exclusively told Us Weekly<\/a><\/em> that she had a boyfriend.<\/p>\n
