At one point, Ice – whose real name is Isis Gaston – looks at the camera and shows a peace sign to her followers.<\/p>\n\nPrior to that, Ice took to social media to rubbish the suggestion that she uses Ozempic.<\/p>\n\nThe rap star claimed that a strict workout routine and a healthy diet were the secrets to her success.<\/p>\n\nSpeaking during an X Spaces chat, she said: “I wish y’all never learned the word Ozempic, that’s one thing I wish.
