Here, the trio talk to Life & Style<\/em>\u2019s Fortune Benatar<\/strong> about butting heads on the hit Bravo series, their love lives and the secrets of their success.<\/p>\nWhat\u2019s different about this season?<\/strong>Tracy<\/strong>: Many of these shows don\u2019t touch on the challenges of what we\u2019re living day-to-day. We found that [showing] the truth of the market is more interesting \u2014 you\u2019ll watch us have challenges with clients, go through price reductions and have difficult conversations.<\/p>\nWho brought the most drama? <\/strong>Josh F.<\/strong>: Josh \u2014 but I\u2019m not going to tell you which one.Josh A.<\/strong>: Isn\u2019t it obvious?<\/p>\nJosh and Josh: You have a fallout on the show. Where do you stand now?<\/strong>Josh F.<\/strong>: Things are amicable.Josh A.<\/strong>: Things are not where they used to be, but he\u2019s definitely not a rival of mine.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>
Bravo<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\nTracy, is it hard to see them argue? <\/strong>Tracy<\/strong>: If it\u2019s not one thing, it\u2019s another. They both have very valid points, and because I\u2019m close to both of them and have respect for them in business, I try to listen and help them come back together.<\/p>\nJosh F. and Tracy, you\u2019re both single now. How\u2019s it going?<\/strong>Josh F.<\/strong>: My dating life is very healthy.Tracy<\/strong>: It\u2019s rough out there. I\u2019m sitting on these dates going, \u2018This isn\u2019t something I envision being long-term. I could be at home with my kids.\u2019 So I say no quite a bit now, and it\u2019s freeing. I have two teenage daughters, and I\u2019m very busy and don\u2019t want to devote time to someone that isn\u2019t in the same lane as me.<\/p>\nWhat are your daughters up to? <\/strong>Tracy<\/strong>: Juliette got into USC. Scarlett is working on [horseback] riding. She\u2019s incredibly passionate about it, and it keeps her out of trouble.<\/p>\nJosh A., what have you learned about marriage after eight years with Heather?<\/strong>Josh A<\/strong>.: To always make sure you compliment your wife and let her know how lucky you are to have her. And to make time for each other.<\/p>\nWhat makes you L.A.\u2019s top agent? <\/strong>Josh A.<\/strong>: I sell over a billion a year in real estate. The numbers speak for themselves.Tracy<\/strong>: My ability to navigate a deal even in a difficult market is what separates me from the rest.Josh F.<\/strong>: I have a sixth sense about property value, which very few people do.
