Bill<\/strong> ate the same thing whenever they went out together. <\/p>\n\u201cIt\u2019s basically steak tartare and raw eggs. He was in the gym a lot. He ate very healthily and put us all to shame when we were eating burgers and hot dogs and working late at night in the Czech summer,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n
Bill<\/strong> shared his own memories, adding that he had trained \u201cfor quite a while\u201d before the movie entered production. <\/p>\n\u201cMe and my trainer kept adding a little bit of weight onto what I\u2019d already be, but I didn\u2019t want to be too big either,\u201d he explained. \u201cIt was a tricky one, because they wanted the Crow to be ripped, but the character Eric shouldn\u2019t be. I didn\u2019t feel like the character should be thin, but you can\u2019t afford to split it into six months, the \u2018Raging Bull\u2019 kind of way. So we did a lot of weight training and ate a lot of protein.\u201d<\/p>\n
While Bill<\/strong> didn\u2019t really suffer cravings, he revealed his \u201cbiggest cheat\u201d after the movie was done. <\/p>\n\u201cI really loved what I was eating, so I didn\u2019t feel like I had to cheat,\u201d he told the outlet. \u201cI didn\u2019t eat sugar, but I\u2019m not a big sweet guy. I guess my biggest cheat would be an alcoholic beer. I celebrated after the shoot.\u201d<\/p>\n
