Selena Gomez\u2019s<\/strong><\/a> boyfriend Benny Blanco<\/strong><\/a> has the tick of approval from her Wizards of Waverly Place<\/em> costar, David Henrie.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The actor, 35, praised his costar\u2019s boyfriend, 36, describing the producer as a \u201csuper cool dude\u201d in an interview with E! News<\/i><\/a> published on Thursday, August 22.<\/p>\n

In the interview, Henrie revealed he and Blanco had their \u201cfirst sit-down hangout\u201d and the Wizards <\/i>star was left impressed.<\/p>\n

Blanco\u2019s skill in knowing where to get \u201cdelicious\u201d takeout left an impression on Henrie, with the actor telling the outlet, \u201cHe orders great Italian food.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSelena Gomez and producer Benny Blanco officially announced their relationship via Instagram in December 2023. \u201cHe is my absolute everything in my heart,\u201d the \u201cWolves\u201d singer wrote in an Instagram comment at the time. \u201cHe has been the best thing that\u2019s ever happened to me.\u201d Hints of the couple\u2019s relationship were dropped on the Selena [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cHe ordered a ton of stuff,\u201d Henrie added, sharing that the singer introduced him to polenta Bolognese. \u201cHe called it adult baby food \u2018cause that was the texture.\u201d<\/p>\n

Gomez, 32, and Blanco first started off as friends after working together in 2015 on her songs \u201cSame Old Love\u201d and \u201cKill Em With Kindness\u201d for her Revival<\/i> album.<\/p>\n

Rumors began circulating in July 2023 that the twosome were dating<\/a> after Gomez, Blanco and Paris Hilton<\/strong> posed for a photo together.<\/p>\n

Gomez confirmed she and Blanco were an item in December 2023 by commenting \u201cFacts\u201d\u00a0 on an Instagram post that featured the headline, \u201cSelena Gomez Seemingly Confirms Relationship With Benny Blanco.\u201d<\/p>\n

During an appearance on the The Howard Stern Show<\/i> in May, Blanco shared details of their first date.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe was like, \u2018Hey, you want to hang out?\u2019 and I was like, \u2018Yeah,’\u201d he said. \u201cI remember sitting there and she\u2019s like, \u2018Well, I would have worn something different for this date,\u2019 and I was like, \u2018What, we\u2019re on a date?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

In May, an insider exclusively told Us Weekly<\/i> that Gomez is \u201creally happy\u201d in the relationship<\/a> as their partnership continues to evolve.<\/p>\n

In January 2024, it was announced that the highly anticipated Wizards of Waverly Place [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Meanwhile, Henrie met Gomez while starring as her brother on Disney\u2019s Wizards of Waverly Place,<\/i> which ran from 2007 to 2012.<\/p>\n
