The son is shining, the sea breeze is blowing in, and you\u2019re enjoying a lovely lunch a celebrity hotspot. <\/p>\n<p>If that hotspot was the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, France and you were there during Cannes this summer, you may have run into Demi Moore having lunch with Joe Jonas. <\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s where this all starts: the pair were photographed together in May enjoying a middle of the day bite, along with his brother, Kevin.<\/p>\n<p>Demi, 61, was in town for the premiere of her movie <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2024\/05\/demi-moore-full-frontal-nude-the-substance-cannes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Substance<\/a> <\/em>at Cannes Film Festival. One insider told the outlet that things were already getting romantic, while another insisted they were just friends. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cDemi and Joe have struck up a friendship. With bigger romances taking center stage \u2013 Bennifer\u2019s divorce, Taylor and Travis\u2019 blossoming love, and Miranda Lambert\u2019s troubles, just to name a few \u2013 people sort of forgot about these two for a hot minute.<\/p>\n<p>But then, a new report sprung up just before the summer ended, and it sounds like Joe is head over heels for Demi \u2013 but the feelings may not be mutal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[Joe has] been texting her non-stop since and asking when they can hang out again,\u201d said a source to <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifeandstylemag.com\/posts\/inside-joe-jonas-over-the-top-feelings-for-demi-moore\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Life &amp; Style<\/a><\/em>. \u201cHe\u2019s even saying she\u2019s inspired him to write a song for her, it\u2019s all very over the top.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>As for Demi, well\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a huge compliment, so she isn\u2019t exactly shutting him down but she\u2019s not jumping at it either. She\u2019s saying they\u2019re better off as friends because she\u2019s looking for something more long-term and serious, not just another fling with a younger man,\u201d the insider continues. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe jokes she\u2019s been there, done that and got the T-shirt! And in truth, it might be too soon for Joe. He literally JUST broke up with his most recent girlfriend, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2024\/01\/joe-jonas-new-girlfriend\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Stormi Bree<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And let\u2019s be honest \u2013 she was the rebound to his marriage with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2023\/09\/why-are-joe-jonas-and-sophie-turner-divorcing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sophie Turner<\/a>, which came to end last September and has been all about the drama ever since. <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Demi has not dated seriously since her divorce from her husband, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2019\/09\/demi-moore-ashton-kutched-forced-me-to-have-threesomes-pushed-me\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ashton Kutcher<\/a>, in 2011. Another younger man, the pair were married for six years before things fizzled out. <\/p>\n<p>These days, she\u2019s mostly seen hanging with her 3 kids and her second husband Bruce Willis.
