Adam Sandler<\/strong><\/a> is making Travis Kelce<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s wish come true!<\/p>\n

After Kelce, 34, said in May he\u2019d \u201cdo anything\u201d<\/a> for a part in Sandler\u2019s long-awaited Happy Gilmore<\/em> sequel, Sandler confirmed that he has just the part for the Kansas City Chiefs tight end.<\/p>\n

\u201cTravis has \u2026 he mentioned it, so we have a nice something for Travis,\u201d Sandler, 57, said on the Tuesday, August 20, episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The actor gushed over Kelce, adding, \u201cHe\u2019s a very nice guy. You guys would love him in real life. What a big, handsome guy. Funny and cool as hell. He\u2019s a stud and he\u2019s so funny.\u201d<\/p>\n

Netflix announced in May 2024 that there would be a Happy Gilmore 2, with Adam Sandler reprising his role. The cult classic released in 1996, followed the story of an unsuccessful ice hockey player [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Kelce previously talked about wanting a part in Happy Gilmore 2<\/em><\/a> on the May 29 episode of his and brother Jason Kelce<\/strong>\u2019s podcast, \u201cNew Heights.\u201d On the episode, the NFL star confirmed he was looking for movie deals.<\/p>\n

Addressing a theory that he might appear in the movie, Kelce said: \u201cMan, I didn\u2019t even know there was a job opening for Happy Gilmore 2<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n
