The PDA points to \u201c<em>yes<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In July of 2022, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2022\/07\/doja-cat-loses-200k-followers-amid-ongoing-star-noah-schnapp-controversy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Doja Cat\u2019s spat with Noah Schnapp<\/a> cost her hundreds of thousands of followers. <\/p>\n<p>It started with her thirst towards his <em>Stranger Things<\/em> co-star (and the MCU\u2019s own Johnny Storm), Joseph Quinn. Schnapp revealed her crush to the world.<\/p>\n<p>Now, it\u2019s over a year later. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2023\/11\/noah-schnapp-caught-liking-islamophobic-queerphobic-content-defending-bombing-of-gaza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Schnapp\u2019s public image<\/a> is in tatters. And Doja Cat is looking <em>very <\/em>cozy with Joseph Quinn. Then, in the video, they walk down the sidewalk, with Joseph Quinn\u2019s hand appearing to slide down Doja Cat\u2019s torso.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"\/>\n<p>Now, this would be interesting no matter what. We\u2019re always excited to see what appears to be a very hot celebrity couple \u2014 even if they haven\u2019t confirmed anything yet.<\/p>\n<p>But one of Doja Cat\u2019s biggest controversies \u2014 though, one might argue, one of the least damning \u2014 involves her thirst for Joseph Quinn.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn skyrocketed to heartthrob status as <em>Stranger Things<\/em> viewers found themselves overwhelmed by desire for his character. He may not have Eddie\u2019s excellent hair in real life, but he\u2019s still a great-looking guy. That\u2019s a <em>messy <\/em>way to behave \u2026 but also very age-appropriate way for the then-17-year-old Schnapp. Doja Cat is nearly 10 years older than he is. Schnapp\u2019s liking of both Islamophobic and queerphobic posts (even though <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2023\/01\/noah-schnapp-stranger-things-star-comes-out-as-gay-im-more-like-will-than-i-thought\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">he is gay<\/a> himself) in 2023 amidst his support for Israel\u2019s ongoing genocide against the people of Gaza has led many former fans to detest him. <\/p>\n<p>However, back in 2022, <em>most <\/em>people were on his side. It was super weird of a grown woman to ask him to set her up with his coworker.<\/p>\n<p>Doja Cat has a troubling history of \u201cedgelord\u201d behavior, even seeming to endorse alt-right figures and discuss their ideas. It\u2019s possible that she is misunderstood, though the sheer volume of these incidents (a song named after a racist meme, an alt-right figure on a shirt) has people worrying. Maybe they\u2019re dating. Or perhaps they just met up and had a laugh about her crush. (How many of us have used the \u201cI <em>had <\/em>a crush on you\u201d with a very dishonest past tense to relieve tensions? Celebrities can do that, too)<\/p>\n<p>When last we checked, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2024\/02\/joseph-quinn-girlfriend\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Joseph Quinn and Alicia Davis<\/a> were an item. But it\u2019s entirely possible that this has changed. Quinn likes to keep his romantic life private \u2014 especially now that he has such an intense group of fans.<\/p>\n<p>If they are dating, it\u2019s unclear when \u2014 or if \u2014 they\u2019ll confirm the news. Maybe we\u2019ll see her at the <em>Fantastic Four<\/em> premiere in July of 2025, but a lot of things would have to go right for that to happen.
