\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Miley Cyrus<\/strong><\/a> was recently honored as a Disney Legend<\/a> for playing the Disney Channel\u2019s iconic pop star Hannah Montana<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n The 31-year-old Grammy winner was only 13 when she was cast as Miley Stewart, a teen sensation who hid her offstage identity behind a blonde wig and a stage name. In the process of landing the role, she beat out some other big stars.<\/p>\n Miley<\/strong> grew up in front of our eyes playing Hannah until 2011, releasing music and even starring in a movie inspired by the character. After that, she went on to launch her solo music career, becoming the sensation<\/a> she is today.<\/p>\n We did some digging to see who else could have been Hannah and discovered five actresses that auditioned for the part before Miley<\/strong> was cast.
