\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Kaitlyn Dever<\/strong><\/a> has had to beef up security detail while working on the upcoming second season of The Last of Us<\/strong><\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n The 27-year-old actress is set to portray the character Abby in the new episodes, who if you don\u2019t know, is a rival to Ellie, played by Bella Ramsey<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n In a recent interview, one of Kaitlyn<\/strong>\u2018s co-stars on the series adaptation, Isabela Merced<\/strong><\/a>, revealed that she had to have more security due to who her character is and the response from fans.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n While appearing on the Happy Sad Confused<\/em> podcast<\/a>, host Josh Horowitz<\/strong> noted how in the video games, Abby \u201cdoes some things that people don\u2019t necessarily approve of.\u201d<\/p>\n Isabela<\/strong> said Kaitlyn<\/strong> \u201chad to be extra secured by security\u201d during filming due to fans\u2019 hatred of the character.<\/p>\n \u201cThere are people that genuinely hate Abby, who is not a real person,\u201d Isabela<\/strong> said on the pod. She did, however, add that Kaitlyn<\/strong> is \u201csuch a cool person\u201d who \u201cdoes not get phased by things\u201d and \u201chas her head in the right place.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cGive her the damn Emmy honestly.
