Now he\u2019s speaking out. <\/p>\n According to reporting by TMZ<\/a>, the 31-year-old hitmaker was arrested in Seoul, South Korea on Tuesday (August 6) after failing a breathalyzer test. <\/p>\n Suga<\/strong> was not driving a car. However, he was on an electric kickboard, which is a sort of electronic scooter. I rode an electric scooter home after drinking at a dinner last night. I thought it was a short distance and didn\u2019t realize that you can\u2019t ride an electric scooter while intoxicated, so I violated the rode traffic laws,\u201d he wrote. <\/p>\n Suga<\/strong> continued, adding, \u201cWhile I was parking my electric kickboard at the front gate of my house, I fell over by myself, and as a result of the breathalyzer test conducted by a police officer nearby, my license was revoked and a fine was imposed.
