Hawkins, 1959: a regular town with regular worries. Young Jim Hopper\u2019s car won\u2019t start, Bob Newby\u2019s sister won\u2019t take his radio show seriously and Joyce Maldonado just wants to graduate and get the hell out of town. When new student Henry Creel arrives, his family finds that a fresh start isn\u2019t so easy\u2026and the shadows of the past have a very long reach.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The play was written by <strong>Kate Trefry<\/strong> and it\u2019s being directed by <strong>Stephen Daldry<\/strong> with co-direction by<strong> Justin Martin<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p><strong class=\"hidearticle\"><em>Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><span id=\"more-2043531\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Performances begin at New York City\u2019s Marquis Theatre on March 28, 2025 ahead of an official opening night on April 22, 2025. <\/p>\n<p>Pre-sales tickets go on sale on September 13 to those who sign up on StrangerThingsBroadway.com.
