The Dance Moms<\/em><\/a> star shared the pictures via Instagram on August 1 and the post received tons of engagement after some of her followers accused her of photoshopping herself with Facetune.<\/p>\n \u201cFinally, A POOL DAY! My most relaxing moments are spent in the water, under a clear sky, with the sun blazing hot and a good book!\u201d Abby, 58, who is cancer-free after her 2018 Burkitt lymphoma diagnosis, captioned the post<\/a>. \u201cThe water helps me defy gravity \u2013 I feel like my old self \u2013 I can swim and float and even walk!!!\u201d<\/p>\n Fans didn\u2019t share Abby\u2019s glorious moment, but instead called her out for seemingly heavily editing the photos, as her freckles were no longer visible on her face.<\/p>\n \u201cAbby this is out of control,\u201d one person commented.<\/p>\n A second follower wrote, \u201cGirl the facetune ENOUGH,\u201d which prompted a response from the former reality star.<\/p>\n \u201cNo Facetune! In fact, some of Abby\u2019s former dance students complimented her bikini<\/a> moment.<\/p>\n \u201cYou look great Miss Abby,\u201d Dance Moms<\/em> alum Kendall Vertes<\/strong> wrote.<\/p>\n Maesi Caes<\/strong> commented, \u201cyou are SO STUNNING Miss Abby !! loving your nailssss !!\u201d<\/p>\n Abby underwent 10 surgeries after doctors found a cancerous mass in her spine in 2018, which also took away her ability to walk. She was declared cancer-free in May 2019 and by that September, Abby had taken her first steps<\/a> in front of a live audience.<\/p>\n \u201cThere are moments you wish you were dead,\u201d Abby said during a live episode of The Doctors at the time. \u201cI still have those moments from time to time \u2026 when you\u2019re that close to death, dying is easy, but they saved me and I\u2019m here and I have to best I can \u2026 there\u2019s so much more work for me to do.\u201d<\/p>\n Prior to her cancer battle, Abby served over one year in federal prison on 2016 bankruptcy fraud charges that she pled guilty to. Before surrendering herself to the law, the choreographer underwent a gastric bypass surgery in April 2017.<\/p>\n
