Ice-T<\/strong><\/a> and Coco Austin<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s daughter, Chanel, is stealing the show \u2014 her dad\u2019s show, to be exact. Her parents recently shared a video of the little girl hanging out on the set of Law and Order: Special Victims Unit <\/em>and getting to learn how TV magic works.<\/p>\n

The actor, 66, and his wife, 45, took to Instagram<\/a> on August 2 to share a video of Chanel\u2019s day on set of the crime drama, which her dad has starred in since 2000. The video opened with Chanel, 8, sitting at Ice-T\u2019s character\u2019s desk and pretending to fill out a report. In another clip, the couple\u2019s daughter explored the set, while another showed her sitting in a guest star\u2019s chair and watching her dad work.<\/p>\n

Later, Chanel had a chance to get behind the camera and film a scene. The video also included several photos taken that day, including a sweet family selfie. At the end of the video was a clip of someone replacing Mariska Hargitay<\/strong>\u2019s \u201cCapt. Olivia Benson\u201d desk placard with a piece of paper that read, \u201cCapt. Chanel.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOh no @babychanelnicole is taking over @nbclawandorder!! Watch out directors, camera men and even Olivia Benson\u2019s spot! Don\u2019t sleep on this chick! She does it all!\u201d the post\u2019s caption read.<\/p>\n

Mariska, 60, was happy to have such an adorable potential replacement. \u201cThank God, somebody\u2019s holding down the fort!!!\u201d she commented.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, fans gushed over how much the young aspiring actress looked like her dad. \u201cIce you really said copy paste,\u201d one user wrote.<\/p>\n

One fan asked if Chanel would be joining her dad in an upcoming episode of Law and Order: SVU<\/em>. However, it seems she was only on set for a visit.<\/p>\n

\u201cMaybe someday,\u201d Coco responded.<\/p>\n

Though Chanel won\u2019t be on her dad\u2019s show anytime soon, she is on a path to becoming a star like her parents. Coco revealed to Entertainment Tonight<\/em><\/a> in February 2023 that she put her own career on hold to be a momager for her daughter. She helped Chanel sign with the youth talent agency Zuri the old-fashioned way.<\/p>\n

\u201cEveryone\u2019s like, \u2018Oh, you know someone in Hollywood. You know a friend. You should \u2026\u2019 That\u2019s the easy route,\u201d the Ice Loves Coco alum explained. \u201cI really wanted to go by the book. I wanted her to audition. So, I don\u2019t know if you know this, or people out there, that you have to audition to [sign with an] agency. So, they have to be accepted. So, she auditioned for a prestigious agency, called Zuri, and she got in and, yeah, we just started. We\u2019ve been auditioning for Sesame Street and all that good stuff! So, you never know what might come through.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ice-T and Coco celebrated Chanel\u2019s 8th birthday in November 2023. The model shared a tribute to their daughter on Instagram at the time.<\/p>\n

\u201cDo I cry or smile? I dont know.. I remember her moving around in my belly like it was yesterday.. Im so proud of what a beautiful sweet loving girl she\u2019s become,\u201d she wrote. \u201cHappy Birthday to @babychanelnicole. I love you soooooooooooooooooooo much!!
