Simone Biles<\/strong><\/a> is at the top of her game at the 2024 Paris Olympics<\/a>, and she might be ready to do it all over again in four more years.<\/p>\n

\u201cIs this my last? Definitely [my final] Yurchenko double pike,\u201d Biles, 27, quipped during a Saturday, August 3, press conference<\/a> after winning her third gold medal in Paris, naming the vault she executed hours earlier. \u201cI mean, I kinda nailed that one.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jokes aside, Biles said to \u201cnever say never\u201d regarding a potential 2028 return.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe next Olympics is at home [in Los Angeles]. So, you just never know,\u201d the gymnast said. \u201cBut I am getting really old.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAs Team USA takes on the 2024 Paris Olympics, the American athletes have already made an impression at the summer Games. The 2024 Olympics kicked off on Friday, July 26, with an illustrious opening ceremony that took place entirely outdoors on the River Seine and featured performances from the likes of Celine Dion and Lady [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Thus far, Biles has won three gold medals in Paris. On Saturday, she finished in first place during the vault event finals days after winning the All-Around. Her All-Around victory<\/a> made her the oldest champ since Maria Gorokhovskaya<\/strong> in 1952 and it was Biles\u2019 second time winning the honor.<\/p>\n

Biles was also on the winning squad in the team event, alongside Jordan Chiles, Suni Lee, Jade Carey<\/strong> and Hezly Rivera<\/strong>. Biles will also compete in the individual event finals for beam and floor exercises later this weekend.<\/p>\n

The Paris Games<\/a> were a major comeback for Biles, who previously withdrew in the middle of the Tokyo Olympics four years ago when she suffered \u201cthe twisties.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSimone Biles is small in stature \u2014 just 4-foot-8 \u2014 but her reputation looms large. The Texas native started taking gymnastics classes at age 6 and earned an invite to the junior national team camp by 14. She had several world championship gold medals before she made her Olympics debut in Rio de Janeiro at [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t have a bad performance & quit,\u201d Biles wrote via Instagram Story i<\/a>n July 2021. \u201cI\u2019ve had plenty of bad performances throughout my career and finished the competition. I simply got so lost [that] my safety was at risk as well as a team medal. Therefore the girls stepped up and killed the rest of the competition & won silver.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added at the time, \u201cI also have no idea how I landed on my feet on that vault bc if you look at the pictures & my eyes you can see how confused I am as to where I am in the air.\u201d<\/p>\n
