They did pitch the concept to me, and it\u2019s the reason that I jumped on board,\u201d the actress revealed to Entertainment Tonight<\/a><\/em>. This comes as a major shift from the past two Scream<\/em> movies, which followed the Carpenter sisters instead of the iconic Sidney Prescott. <\/p>\n Like many other actors, Neve<\/strong> is still surprised by just how popular the Scream<\/em> franchise is. \u201cI love these movies, they are so much fun to be a part of, I\u2019m so grateful for them, I could never have imagined being a part of a movie that would have lasted this many decades,\u201d she explained her excitement. <\/p>\n While Neve<\/strong> was absent from Scream VI<\/em>, she says it\u2019s because she felt undervalued.
