Hyatt wants to take you on a luxurious camping adventure \u2014 almost like a safari.<\/p>\n
As of Thursday, the glamping company Under Canvas is officially part of World of Hyatt thanks to Hyatt’s partnership with Mr & Mrs Smith<\/a>. Under Canvas has camping locations across the country, from Acadia National Park to Moab, Utah.<\/p>\n Now, World of Hyatt members<\/a> can earn and redeem points for nature-filled stays at 13 outdoors-focused locations across the U.S., with stays open for the seasonal camps through 2025.<\/p>\n World of Hyatt members will earn the following, according to a statement<\/a> from the program:<\/p>\n Meanwhile, folks who carry the World of Hyatt Credit Card<\/a> will earn an additional 4 bonus points per $1 spent on room rates when booking through World of Hyatt channels.<\/p>\n Daily Newsletter<\/p>\n Reward your inbox with the TPG Daily newsletter<\/p>\n Join over 700,000 readers for breaking news, in-depth guides and exclusive deals from TPG\u2019s experts<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n TPG compared redemption rates for a variety of dates, and most appear to fall well below our July 2024 valuation<\/a> of 1.7 cents per Hyatt point. So, while this might not be the most valuable use of your points, it could be a big win for Hyatt loyalists looking to get up close and personal with some of the United States’ most beautiful parks and natural wonders.<\/p>\n A quick search for Under Canvas Great Smoky Mountains is showing a mid-August stay pricing out at 16,250 points per night for an entry-level Safari tent.
