Courteney Cox<\/a> is paying sweet tribute to her boyfriend on his special day!<\/span><\/p>\n The<\/span> Friends<\/span><\/em> alum took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a number of snapshots of her beau,\u00a0<\/span>Snow Patrol musician Johnny McDaid<\/a>, in celebration of his 58th birthday.<\/span><\/p>\n “Happy birthday to the man who can do most anything,” Cox, 60, captioned the slideshow post. “I love you always J.”<\/span><\/p>\n The series of snapshots includes a photo of Cox and McDaid posing together for a beaming selfie, two pics of the rocker playing on stage during concerts, and a photo of him piloting a plane in what appears to be a flight simulator.<\/span><\/p>\n The final pic in the slideshow features McDaid holding a fish he’d caught during an outing on a river. Cox referenced this photo in her caption, writing, “ps. He threw it back \ud83d\udc1f”<\/span><\/p>\n Cox and McDaid began dating in late 2013, and announced their engagement in June 2014. However, they\u00a0<\/span>broke off their engagement<\/a>\u00a0in 2015. However, they soon reconciled and remained a couple.<\/span><\/p>\n The actress took to Instagram in September to\u00a0<\/span>celebrate 10 years of love<\/a>\u00a0with McDaid, whom she first met through their mutual friend,\u00a0<\/span>Ed Sheeran<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Cox posted a montage of photos of herself with McDaid set to the first notes of Sheeran’s hit song, “Shape of You.”<\/span><\/p>\n “10 years ago this guy [Sheeran] introduced me to this guy [McDaid],” Cox wrote over the beginning of the photos. She captioned the post, “10 years!!! \u2665\ufe0f”\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
