Katie Maloney<\/strong><\/a> is making it very clear how she feels about Tom Sandoval<\/strong><\/a> after his lawsuit drama with Ariana Madix<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Maloney, 37, addressed Sandoval\u2019s recent legal developments on the Wednesday, July 24, episode of the \u201cDisrespectfully\u201d podcast<\/a> with cohost Dayna Kathan<\/strong>, saying, \u201cI had the fire of a thousand suns in me. I wanted to punch someone \u2014 anyone.\u201d<\/p>\n

While rehashing the sequence of events, Maloney questioned Sandoval\u2019s decision to \u201clevel the blame\u201d<\/a> amid Rachel \u201cRaquel\u201d Leviss<\/strong>\u2018 ongoing lawsuit against Madix, 39, and Sandoval, 42. Maloney specifically slammed Sandoval\u2019s claims he wasn\u2019t aware of what he was filing.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhy are you gonna deactivate your Instagram account ahead of time? If you\u2019re not preparing for blowback,\u201d Maloney noted about Sandoval\u2019s \u201cinsane\u201d behavior. \u201cIt was surprising that he went this route with it.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Vanderpump Rules<\/em><\/a> cast\u2019s lawsuit back-and-forth started<\/a> when Leviss, 29, sued Sandoval and Madix in March for revenge porn, eavesdropping and invasion of privacy. Sandoval and Madix individually petitioned the court to dismiss Leviss\u2019 suit.<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/em> broke the news earlier this month<\/a> that Sandoval subsequently sued Madix. In documents obtained by Us<\/em>, Sandoval claimed that Madix \u201cobtained access\u201d to his phone on March 1, 2023, and reviewed videos of Sandoval and Leviss amid their affair without his \u201cauthorization or permission.\u201d The filing alleged that Madix \u201cmade copies\u201d of the NSFW video and distributed it to \u201cLeviss and third parties\u201d against his authority.<\/p>\n

Madix has denied multiple times that she shared the video of Leviss with other people. Days after making headlines for his lawsuit, Sandoval walked back his decision and claimed he didn\u2019t know<\/a> he was suing Madix.<\/p>\n

\u201cLate Tuesday afternoon, my attorney, Matt Geragos, whose advice I trusted, called me about the Cross-Complaint in the lawsuit against myself and Ariana,\u201d Sandoval wrote via Instagram. \u201cHe assured me that the action was customary and strictly preventative in these types of lawsuits and urged me to agree to it. The words \u2018New Lawsuit\u2019 or \u2018Suing\u2019 were not articulated to me. I should\u2019ve done more of my due diligence on the matter.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sandoval said he has since \u201cremoved\u201d Matt<\/a> \u2014 who is the brother of Leviss\u2019 attorney Mark Geragos<\/strong> \u2014 from his legal team.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn no way am I suing Ariana. The action against Ariana brought on my behalf is being removed. I had no ill will or vindictiveness toward Ariana,\u201d he continued. \u201cNow, by removing both the Cross-Complaint and the attorney who recommended it, I hope to get through this case quickly, so that Ariana and I can both finally MOVE ON with our lives.\u201d<\/p>\n

On Wednesday\u2019s podcast, Maloney weighed in on Sandoval\u2019s claim he was \u201cill-advised,\u201d saying, \u201c[He] probably didn\u2019t understand the full weight of what it was gonna be. But you were still being advised, and you probably should have not done it to begin with.\u201d<\/p>\n

Maloney pointed out that if Sandoval deactivated his Instagram before the news went wide then it is a \u201cgood indication\u201d that his choices were \u201cpretty damaging.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSeason 11 of Vanderpump Rules documented Tom Sandoval\u2018s post-scandal apology tour \u2014 which has been met with mixed reactions. Sandoval was at odds with most of his costars when news broke in March 2023 about his affair with Rachel \u201cRaquel\u201d Leviss. After Sandoval and Ariana Madix\u2018s nearly decade-long relationship came to an end due to [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cThe language of whatever\u2019s gonna be put out there isn\u2019t gonna be a good look,\u201d she continued before defending Madix. \u201cI don\u2019t like the attitude that just because [Ariana] has amazing things going on in her life, she\u2019s got a wonderful boyfriend and she\u2019s in Fiji that what happened wasn\u2019t painful and awful and a terrible thing to experience. That can still [be] 100 percent true and exist in her mind and wounds in her. That is a very unfair attitude to have.\u201d<\/p>\n
