Slash shared the tragic news<\/a> of his stepdaughter\u2019s death on social media. <\/p>\nThe rock legend described Lucy-Bleu as the \u201cbeloved daughter of Meegan Hodges and Mark Knight, stepdaughter of Samantha Somers Knight and Slash, sister of Scarlet Knight, stepsister of London and Cash Hudson.\u201d<\/p>\n
He noted that she \u201cpassed away peacefully in Los Angeles on July 19, 2024.\u201d<\/p>\n
What Was Lucy-Bleu Knight\u2019s Cause of Death<\/h2>\n While the autopsy has been completed, Lucy-Bleu\u2019s cause of death is currently listed as \u201cdeferred.\u201d<\/p>\n
This might mean that medical examiners are still waiting on additional information, such as the results of a toxicology report.<\/p>\n
Lucy\u2019s Instagram account had been inactive since January, but on Monday, a scheduled post appeared on the page.<\/p>\n
