Below Deck Mediterranean<\/em><\/a>\u2018s Captain Sandy Yawn<\/strong><\/a> made it clear she isn\u2019t afraid to get rid of multiple crew members.<\/p>\n

During the Monday, July 22, episode of the hit Bravo series, Bri Muller <\/strong>and Ellie Dubaich<\/strong>\u2018s issues only got worse<\/a> \u2014 and chief stew Aesha Scott didn\u2019t want to deal with the drama anymore. Initially, Bri and Ellie tried to make an effort to work together but trouble started when the third stew quietly started to keep track of what was happening in the laundry room.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve been writing things down because obviously it has come to show that my memory isn\u2019t good,\u201d Bri told the cameras. \u201cLike, did I do this or did Ellie? I will write it down in the book. The last thing I want to do is mess something else up.\u201d<\/p>\n

It didn\u2019t take long for there to be another laundry mistake when Sandy noticed that her white capri pants were put in<\/a> with dark items. Aesha once again reminded Bri to be careful about sorting items, which seemed to hint at a bigger issue.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tBelow Deck and its spinoff series may be reality TV shows, but there can be real-life consequences for the crew\u2019s actions both on and off the ship. Over the years, stars including Hannah Ferrier, Peter Hunziker and Shane Coopersmith have been fired from their respective charters for a variety of reasons. Below Deck Mediterranean\u2019s Hannah [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cBri started badly and then she had one good charter. Ever since then, it has been downhill,\u201d Aesha explained. \u201cWith Ellie and Bri, so far no fights so that has got to be a sign of improvement. But I have not had a chance to rest easy at all with these stews. I have to try and figure out what I can do to change this.\u201d<\/p>\n

Aesha attempted to give Ellie and Bri more responsibility by having them lead lunch service. Before the meal even started, Aesha returned to help because she didn\u2019t think<\/a> Ellie was capable as a leader after she kept not knowing where basic items on the boat were located.<\/p>\n

Ellie, meanwhile, had a lot on her mind when she accidentally noticed Bri\u2019s notebook that listed every issue that happened in the laundry room that day. She immediately took it as Bri trying to blame her for all the mistakes<\/a> that took place.<\/p>\n

\u201cBri seems to be writing a list of laundry crimes about mistakes she found,\u201d Ellie told the cameras. \u201cI feel like she is finding her own mistakes and blaming them on me. Why the f\u2014k is going on here?\u201d<\/p>\n

Ellie later told Aesha that Bri was \u201cdisrespectful\u201d<\/a> toward her, which Bravo didn\u2019t seem to agree with \u2014 at least according to the edits. When Ellie told Aesha that Bri \u201cbasically\u201d told her \u201cto leave\u201d the laundry room, the show played the moment where Bri simply asked why Ellie was helping her. Ellie also claimed Bri \u201cliterally stormed out of the laundry room\u201d while onscreen footage showed Bri slowly walking to the other side of the room to continue working.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just checked out from the drama,\u201d Ellie claimed moments before she accused Bri of having a \u201cwhole crime list\u201d pertaining to her.<\/p>\n

Aesha didn\u2019t want to get involved in even more drama with her interior team.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cWhat do I have to deal with now? I just feel like a good chief stew you need to listen and assess both sides before you make any decisions. It is never ending bulls\u2014t with both of them,\u201d Aesha explained before taking a look at the notebook for herself. \u201cWhat is this? This looks like a book of receipts. Is this a burn book? But I can\u2019t tell if Bri is stirring the pot or Ellie is?\u201d<\/p>\n
