\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n 16 and Pregnant<\/strong><\/a><\/em> alum Autumn Crittendon<\/strong><\/a> has sadly passed away.<\/p>\n On Monday (July 22), it was revealed that Autumn<\/strong>, 27, had died on Saturday, July 20. As of right now, a cause of death has not been revealed and police have opened a \u201cdeath investigation.\u201d<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>The Henrico County Police Department told People<\/a><\/em> that authorities were called to a resident in Sandston, Virginia around 3:15pm on Saturday. When they arrived on the scene, there was a medical emergency involving an unresponsive woman.<\/p>\n \u201cMembers from Henrico Fire attempted life-saving measures however they were not effective,\u201d authorities shared in a statement. \u201cThe adult female, Autumn Oxley, 27, of Henrico, was pronounced deceased at the scene. Henrico Police are currently classifying this incident as a death investigation\u201d<\/p>\n The statement continued, \u201cDetectives are working with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner on this case to determine the exact cause and manner of death.\u201d<\/p>\n Autumn <\/strong>appeared on season 5 of 16 and Pregnant<\/em> in 2014 while pregnant with her first son Drake<\/strong>.
