Self-described \u201cprofessional witch,\u201d Dr. Kate Tomas, 42, has denied accusations that she used magic to seduce boyfriend and actor, Andrew Garfield, 40.<\/p>\n
In a new interview with The Sunday Times<\/i> (published on Sunday, July 21), she says, \u201cIt\u2019s frustrating that no matter how accomplished or impactful a woman is, it\u2019s always going to be more interesting if they are in a relationship with a man. I don\u2019t want to sit under anybody\u2019s shadow.\u201d<\/p>\n
Tomas, a sorceress with \u201cpowerful intuitive abilities,\u201d has worked as a \u201cspiritual mentor\u201d for many, from Oscar nominees to Pulitzer prizewinners, authors and Fortune 500 companies. She also has 45-minute tarot readings that go for almost $1,000 USD and she also teaches a seduction master class.<\/p>\n
She previously explained on her podcast (The Friday Emails<\/i>) that she stopped offering the seduction how-to after \u201chorrific accusations that were leveled at me that I\u2019d used magic to seduce my partner.\u201d<\/p>\n
Seduction is \u201cnot about magic spells or manipulation,\u201d she explained. \u201cIt has got nothing to do with how perfect their teeth are \u2014 thank you, Reddit \u2014 or whether they conform to conventional standards of beauty,\u201d she continued. \u201cPeople that are really attractive are full of charisma because they are authentically themselves and confidently anchored in that.\u201d<\/p>\n
She further told The Times<\/i>, \u201cMagic takes time. It can\u2019t happen overnight.\u201d<\/p>\n
Tomas also explained the difficulties of dating a famous actor: the paparazzi. \u201cThey will take maybe 150 pictures, then they choose the four where you look worst,\u201d she said, but added, \u201cThe most powerful form of psychic protection is knowing who you are and being OK with that.\u201d<\/p>\n
