The chairwoman of the Tortured Poets Department has a message about the album\u2019s continued success<\/a>.<\/p>\n Addressing \u201ceveryone who\u2019s supported The Tortured Poets Department<\/i>\u201d in an Instagram<\/a> post on Saturday, July 20, Taylor Swift<\/strong> <\/a>gushed, \u201cI am completely blown away by what you\u2019ve done \u2014 it stayed at #1 for the first 12 weeks of its release.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThat\u2019s never happened to an album of mine before, not even close!! You\u2019re just the greatest,\u201d she added to her post, which recapped highlights of her latest Eras Tour <\/i>stop in Gelsenkirchen, Germany.<\/p>\n Swift, 34, dropped TTPD<\/i>, a breakup album presumed to be inspired by her respective splits from Joe Alwyn<\/strong> and Matty Healy<\/strong>, in April in the middle of her Eras Tour <\/i>run. When the European leg of the concerts kicked off in May, Swift added a selection of TTPD <\/i>tracks to the setlist.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was fun, it was a blast. I had a blast at Tay\u2019s show. Her new rendition of The Eras Tour<\/i>, I suggest everybody go see it,\u201d Swift\u2019s boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce<\/strong>, said during an episode of his \u201cNew Heights\u201d podcast<\/a> later that month. \u201cIt has her new Tortured Poets Department<\/i>, a handful of those songs in the new show, which means there\u2019s a new segment and new lights and new dancing, new everything to the f\u2014king show. I suggest everybody get out there and see [her]. It is absolutely unbelievable.\u201d<\/p>\n One of the TTPD <\/i>songs that Swift added to the setlist is \u201cSo High School,\u201d a track inferred to be inspired by the 34-year-old football star, as well as \u201cI Can Do It With a Broken Heart.\u201d During Swift\u2019s third London concert last month, Kelce even hopped on stage<\/a> for the \u201cI Can Do It With a Broken Heart\u201d transition. (He joined dancers Kam Saunders<\/strong> and Jan Ravnik<\/strong> to help revive the pop star after \u201cThe Smallest Man Who Ever Lived.\u201d)<\/p>\n
