Kris Jenner<\/strong> <\/a>got good news from her doctor after having a hysterectomy<\/a> and her ovaries removed. On the Thursday, July 18, episode of The Kardashi<\/em>ans, cameras caught up with Kris as she spent time with Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian, Scott Disick <\/strong>and Corey Gamble<\/strong> while recovering from the surgery.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m done with my surgery and I feel great,\u201d Kris, 68, said in a confessional. \u201cI feel good. I\u2019m a bit swollen, I\u2019m a bit sore, but good.\u201d The reality star was lounging on the couch in her pajamas and drinking water when the scene was filmed.<\/p>\n Kris also filled her loved ones in on the phone call she received from her doctor. \u201cI just got a call this afternoon and they said that the little tumor was benign,\u201d the matriarch shared, referring to the cyst that prompted the surgery in the first place. \u201cSo I\u2019m just going to take the next couple of days and try and really chill.\u201d<\/p>\n Kris shared that she wouldn\u2019t be able to work out for two weeks, while Corey, 43, jumped in and added, \u201cYou can\u2019t hook up<\/a> for two weeks [either].\u201d Even after the successful surgery, Kris couldn\u2019t wrap her head around the fact that she no longer had the majority of her female reproductive organs.<\/p>\n \u201cAll of it is just such a mindf\u2013k,\u201d she admitted.\u201dLike, Khlo\u00e9 used to live in there!\u201d Her sense of humor was still fully intact, as she also revealed, \u201cI had a nurse come over and tell me I could have either my pain pill or a martini.\u201d<\/p>\n Kris first revealed her health issues on The Kardashians<\/em>\u2019 July 4 episode. She told Khlo\u00e9, 40, Kim Kardashian <\/strong>and Kendall Jenner<\/strong> about what was happening during a family trip to Aspen. At the time, Kris was only supposed to have her ovaries<\/a> removed after the discovery of a \u201ccyst and little tumor.\u201d<\/p>\n However, one day before the procedure, her doctor told her it would be best to do a full hysterectomy. \u201cDr. A goes, \u2018Listen, I really think the best thing for you is to remove the whole thing,\u2019\u201d she told her friends Kathy Hilton <\/strong>and Faye Resnick<\/strong>. \u201c\u2018Do the complete hysterectomy and not give anything a chance to grow anywhere.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Despite not being nervous about the actual procedure, Kris was admittedly emotional over the realization that such an important part of her life \u2013 having kids \u2013 was over.<\/p>\n \u201cNo one talks about getting older,\u201d she said. \u201cNo one talks about menopause. No one told me about menopause. It\u2019s interesting that in today\u2019s day and age, this generation thinks that you guys are gonna live forever, and you\u2019re not. Here\u2019s the thing \u2013 I did it, they found something, we\u2019re here to fix it. I\u2019m going to remove something that gave me six of the best parts of my whole life.\u201d<\/p>\n She also added, \u201cI think I\u2019m very emotional about it because when you\u2019re young, you start talking about wanting a family. Your friends are having babies or not having babies. It was all we talked about for, literally, 40 or 50 years. And now here we are talking about it again and it\u2019s the other side of the process. And it makes me very sad.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
