Katie Maloney<\/strong><\/a> has Ariana Madix<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s back amid her latest drama with ex Tom Sandoval<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/em><\/a> exclusively revealed on Tuesday, July 16, that Sandoval, 40, filed a lawsuit against Madix, 39, claiming she \u201cobtained access\u201d to his phone and accessed explicit videos of Rachel \u201cRaquel\u201d Leviss<\/strong> without his \u201cauthorization or permission\u201d in March 2023. Maloney, 37, reacted to the news via Instagram<\/a>, commenting on a post about the drama, writing, \u201cAuthorized permission \u2026 interesting choice of words pal. Anyways, you f\u2014king suck dude.\u201d<\/p>\n

Maloney continued her thoughts in another comment<\/a> on Wednesday, July 17, responding to a fan who stated, \u201cwonder if he had \u2018authorized permission\u2019 to screen record the video in the first place. Riiiiiight \ud83e\udd22.\u201d She replied: \u201cNo he didn\u2019t but he did share his phone [sic] pass code [sic] with his partner at the time. Mans [sic] confused about how that bit works I guess.\u201d<\/p>\n

In court docs obtained by Us<\/em> on Tuesday, Sandoval alleged that Madix \u201cmade copies\u201d of the video on his phone and sent it to \u201cLeviss and third parties\u201d without his consent.<\/p>\n

Maloney went on to praise Madix via her Instagram Story on Wednesday, reposting a clip of the Love Island USA<\/em> star showing off her outfit in a video shared on the show\u2019s profile. \u201cCream rises to the top,\u201d Maloney captioned the clip.<\/p>\n

Madix and Sandoval ended their nearly 10-year relationship<\/a> in March 2023 after the former discovered the video of Leviss, 29. The affair \u2014 which was subsequently dubbed Scandoval \u2014 played out on the VPR<\/em> season 10 finale and carried over into the Bravo series\u2019 11th season, which aired earlier this year. (Sandoval and Leviss briefly dated<\/a> amid the drama until calling it quits in May 2023.)<\/p>\n

Madix\u2019s attorney, Jordan Susman<\/strong>, responded to Sandoval\u2019s lawsuit in a statement to Us<\/em> on Tuesday, writing, \u201cIt is abhorrent that Tom Sandoval continues to torment Ms. Madix. From engaging in an illicit affair that shattered her home and stability, to months of emotional warfare and now this attempt to further shirk personal responsibility for the effects his actions have had on her and her emotional wellbeing. Tom Sandoval knows full well what sort of privileges he and Ms. Madix shared in regard to their personal communication devices.\u201d<\/p>\n

Susman continued: \u201cHe has clearly learned nothing and believes it necessary to continue torturing Ms. Madix in a vain effort to rehabilitate his image. Ms. Madix is confident that a jury will see through this latest ploy and dismiss his frivolous claims.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sandoval\u2019s attorney, Matthew Geragos<\/strong>, told Us<\/em> in a statement that the reality star \u201caccepts full responsibility for the affair\u201d but \u201cstrongly denies\u201d allegations made against him and Madix made by Leviss in her own lawsuit<\/a> filed earlier this year. Leviss accused the former couple of eavesdropping, revenge porn, invasion of privacy and inflicting emotional distress in court docs obtained by Us<\/em> in February.<\/p>\n
