Days after Kaitlyn Bristowe<\/strong><\/a> claimed social media was to blame<\/a> for her split from Jason Tartick<\/strong><\/a>, he proudly flaunted his new relationship with Kat Stickler<\/strong> on Instagram. The Bachelorette alum also seemingly threw some shade at his ex by including a quote from Travis Kelce<\/strong><\/a> about why he\u2019s not afraid to hide his romance from the public.<\/p>\n \u201cLove doing life with you. Had the best weekend,\u201d Jason, 35, captioned a photo<\/a> of himself and Kat, 29, on his Tuesday, July 9, Instagram Story. \u201cRead this quote Travis Kelce said and I absolutely loved the message he was sharing. \u2018You want to keep things private. But at the same time, I\u2019m not here to hide anything. That\u2019s my girl. That\u2019s my lady. I\u2019m proud of that.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Travis, 34, shared the message during an interview in June while speaking about his highly-publicized relationship with Taylor Swift<\/strong>. Meanwhile, Jason\u2019s decision to repost the quote appears to be his response to Kaitlyn\u2019s July 2 interview on Kristin Cavallari\u2019s<\/strong> \u201cLet\u2019s Be Honest\u201d podcast.<\/p>\n While discussing her 2023 split from Jason, Kaitlyn 39, said, \u201cI think we got lost in social media. I think we got lost in being engaged and thinking the next step was obviously marriage, but I wasn\u2019t fully leaning in. I just felt like there was something that was blocking that. There\u2019s obviously my own s\u2013t, but for me, I didn\u2019t feel like there was realness there.\u201d<\/p>\n The podcast host described her relationship with Jason as \u201cperformative and for social media,\u201d and admitted that it was \u201cpartly [her] fault too.\u201d She also confirmed that she doesn\u2019t plan on sharing her next relationship online, although she didn\u2019t fault others if they wanted to do so.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m not saying you shouldn\u2019t or other people shouldnt,\u201d she clarified. \u201cI\u2019m saying for me, personally, that was part of what I think got lost in the other relationship.\u201d<\/p>\n Jason and Kaitlyn were engaged for two years when they quietly split in June 2023. They shared the news with fans two months later. She confirmed on Kristin\u2019s podcast that she has been seeing an unnamed person who lives in a different city \u2013 Zac resides in New York \u2013 but said she is also still dating and has no plans to move for her mystery man.
