\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Kesha<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about her craft.<\/p>\n The \u201cJoyride\u201d<\/a> superstar emotionally delivered a TED Talk called \u201cAlchemy of Pop,\u201d<\/em><\/strong> which was just released Thursday (July 11), addressing the power of songwriting, as well as her personal battle in the industry, including her decades-long legal battle with Dr. Luke<\/strong><\/a> that came to an end as of 2024.<\/p>\n During the talk, she explained the emotions she felt when she wrote \u201cTik Tok\u201d at 21, as well as 2017\u2032s \u201cPraying\u201d years later.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI found myself in a very ugly litigation with the same person who I had signed the rights to my recorded voice to. I had lost the rights to my voice, and in that I felt as if I had lost the rights to myself,\u201d She said.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was very public. It was very painful. I was very angry. So I did what I do with all my emotions, and I wrote my way through it.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cOn March 6, 2024, I\u2019ve gained back legal rights over my own voice.
