Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian<\/strong> <\/a>revealed she would have tried Ozempic<\/a> if it was available when she was on her weight loss journey.<\/p>\n

During the Thursday, July 11, episode of The Kardashians, Khlo\u00e9, 40, was excited to unveil her partnership with activewear company Fabletics. The new opportunity got Khlo\u00e9 thinking about her ups and downs while trying to shed some pounds.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I was bigger, if they had Ozempic, I probably would have tried it. Because I tried any other thing,\u201d Khlo\u00e9 told the cameras. \u201cI tried any fad weight loss trend except for the real thing that actually works. And that is a lifestyle change.\u201d<\/p>\n

Khlo\u00e9 detailed her current approach to working out and eating healthy.<\/a><\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tKhlo\u00e9 Kardashian has been open about her physical transformation since she initially lost weight in 2014, but that doesn\u2019t stop the internet trolls from questioning her looks \u2014 or the reality star from tackling plastic surgery and Photoshop accusations. \u201cNow on my Instagram page people comment saying \u2018I liked you better when you were bigger\u2019 [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI do circuit training with cardio intervals. I\u2019m always spiking my heart rate up and down. For a shoot like that where I know I am going to be showing a lot of skin, I definitely work out much harder,\u201d she explained. \u201cAnd then I always celebrate with a full large pizza. Just cheese. I am a kid\u2019s menu type of girl. But life is about balance.\u201d<\/p>\n

It was important for Khlo\u00e9 that others take away one lesson from her experience<\/a>, adding, \u201cI really want to encourage healthiness. I am not about the number on a scale. I just think people should be active and I don\u2019t really care what your size is. You should just be healthy and stronger for yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n

The reality star rose to stardom after appearing<\/a> on E!\u2019s Keeping Up With the Kardashians<\/em> from 2007 to 2021. Life in the public eye didn\u2019t always come easy for Khlo\u00e9, who has candidly discussed how she struggled with her body image.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cWhen the show first started, I was very secure, very secure,\u201d she discussed during the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion in 2021. \u201cAnd then during the first couple seasons, I became insecure because of the public opinions of myself. Then I had, I think, a good run of being secure, and then I think recently I\u2019ve become insecure again. So I guess it just goes, you know, up and down.\u201d<\/p>\n

Khlo\u00e9 also used the opportunity to address her history with plastic surgery.<\/a><\/p>\n
