The Bachelorette<\/em><\/a>\u2018s Jenn Tran<\/strong><\/a> revealed she has one big regret about her season and how it will affect her family.<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t have regrets in any decisions that I made because I trusted myself very much, and I still do,\u201d Jenn, 26, initially said during an appearance on Kaitlyn Bristowe<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s \u201cOff the Vine\u201d podcast hours before her season 21 premiered on ABC on Monday, July 8.<\/p>\n \u201cI think everything happened the way it was supposed to. I think that I regret the steamy makeouts because my family will be watching,\u201d she added about her kissing sessions with a number of her 25 contestants.<\/a><\/p>\n Kaitlyn, 39, was the season 11 lead on The Bachelorette<\/em> and knows what viewers want. She assured Jenn that fans \u201cwanna see steamy makeouts.\u201d<\/p>\n Jenn said she was cautious and aware of the cameras when appearing as a contestant on Joey Graziadei<\/strong>\u2018s season of The Bachelor<\/em><\/a>. But when she became the focus of attention on The Bachelorette<\/em>, things changed.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd then the second time around, I was like, what do you mean? I\u2019m just living my life,\u201d she explained. \u201cSo, like, in my head, I was like, \u2018This isn\u2019t gonna be televised anywhere. Mom and Dad will have to watch this.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n The aspiring physician\u2019s assistant<\/a> also shared that she\u2019s afraid of what will lie ahead for her career-wise after appearing on the show.<\/p>\n Jenn has paused on her studies twice, first to appear on Joey\u2019s Bachelor<\/em> season and again to star as the first Asian-American lead on The Bachelorette<\/em>.<\/p>\n The Hillsdale, New Jersey, native plans to take some time off after her season finishes airing to see what new opportunities might come her way, but ultimately plans to go back to college to get her degree then go to work in a hospital.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m absolutely scared for what that\u2019s going to bring,\u201d Jenn told Kaitlyn. \u201cI think it\u2019s going to be different. I don\u2019t know what it\u2019s gonna look like when I\u2019m in the hospital when I\u2019m working. I think it\u2019s going to be a little crazy for a while.\u201d<\/p>\n During the premiere of Jenn\u2019s season, she told her suitors what she expects from them during a group toast<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI hope guys are here for something serious. Here for a ferocious love,\u201d she explained. \u201cThat\u2019s what I want. I\u2019m not perfect. I don\u2019t expect you guys to be perfect, and we\u2019re just gonna have some fun with it.\u201d<\/p>\n Jenn gave her first impression rose to Sam McKinney<\/strong>, a contractor from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He was also the recipient of her first kiss as The Bachelorette.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m very happy with the ending<\/a> and I\u2019m very happy with the way everything panned out,\u201d Jenn told People<\/em><\/a> in a story published on Monday, July 8. \u201cI learned so much every day that I was there [to find out] about myself and what I wanted in a relationship. There was so much growth.\u201d<\/p>\n The former paramedic is very much looking forward to watching her season play out every Monday night.<\/p>\n \u201cAre you kidding me? I\u2019m not going to watch the best two months of my life? Of course, I am!\u201d she gushed. \u201cI am so excited for it to premiere. I feel like it\u2019s so weird that this crazy journey happened, and I am just so excited to be able to watch it back.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
