\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Meagan Good<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about her relationship with boyfriend Jonathan Majors<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n The 42-year-old actress just received support from Jonathan<\/strong>, 34, at the premiere of her new movie Divorce in the Black<\/em> on Monday night (July 8) at Regal Times Square in New York City.<\/p>\n Meagan<\/strong> appeared on the Today Show<\/em> the next day and discussed her relationship, including how friends advised her not to date Jonathan<\/strong> amid his assault trial.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n She told Today\u2019s Hoda & Jenna<\/em> that her friends told her to \u201cwait to see how everything kinda shakes out\u201d with the trial.<\/p>\n \u201cUh, yeah every friend advised me, but at the end of the day, one thing I know is I can always look at myself in the mirror when I trust my spirit, when I trust God, when I ask God, and when I move to the beat of my own drum,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n While Meagan <\/strong>listened to the advice, she decided to live life her way.<\/p>\n \u201cI can always look and say, \u2018OK, I\u2019m proud of that.\u2019 No matter whatever happens, I have peace in my heart, and I have harmony in my heart,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n Meagan <\/strong>discussed the way her and Jonathan <\/strong>are there for each other.<\/p>\n \u201cThe support that we\u2019ve been able to give each other, the pouring into each other, the honest conversations, the love, the respect, just the care and the thoughtfulness\u2026 it\u2019s just been really wonderful,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n Meagan <\/strong>and Jonathan <\/strong>have been together for over a year. <\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
