Kyle Richards<\/strong><\/a> is not here for fans body shaming Kesha<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI do not understand that,\u201d Richards, 55, told TMZ<\/em><\/a> on Monday, July 8, when asked her feelings on Kesha, 37, receiving hate from online trolls about her body. \u201cIt\u2019s 2024 and she\u2019s gorgeous. And she\u2019s even more beautiful on the inside.\u201d<\/p>\n

Richards added that she\u2019s not sure why this is a conversation. \u201cI don\u2019t know why people are still talking about women\u2019s bodies. It\u2019s 2024, they need to move on,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

When the TMZ<\/em> reporter mentioned fellow Real Housewife Teresa Giudice<\/strong> being caught up in photoshopping controversy<\/a>, Richards claimed she doesn\u2019t know \u201canything about that,\u201d adding, \u201cBut, I think everybody needs to just worry about themselves.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lizzo has been vocal about trying to help people accept all body sizes. \u201cI want to normalize my body. And not just be like, \u2018Ooh, look at this cool [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Richards concluded by encouraging \u201cpeople to be a lot kinder.\u201d<\/p>\n

One day before the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em> star\u2019s comments, Kesha hit back at critics<\/a> of her body in a lengthy post shared via social media.<\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t think in 2024 people still body shamed but \u2026 i am so proud of my body,\u201d Kesha wrote via X on Sunday, July 7. \u201cShe\u2019s been through a lot. She\u2019s torn her ACL on stage and finished the show. She\u2019s held my f\u2013king broken heart together.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kesha concluded her post with a message to body shamers. \u201cTo those who think you\u2019re shaming me, you\u2019re actually making me feel very powerful. So, to you, I hope you one day feel whole enough to not tear other women down. In the mean time, hate me harder bitch.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kesha included a smiley face and a bicep emoji in her post. She also accompanied her upload with two bikini photos. In one image, she arched her back as she laid on the ground and looked at the sky, while in another, she posed while wearing a baseball cap.<\/p>\n

Kesha has been candid about her body<\/a> through the years, opening up about her recovery from an eating disorder.<\/p>\n

\u201cFinally I was like, \u2018F\u2013k. This. S\u2013t. F\u2013k this s\u2013t. I\u2019m hungry!\u2019 And I am so anxious that I feel like I\u2019m going to explode from all the secrets,\u201d she recalled during a 2017 Rolling Stone profile. \u201cAll the secret times I\u2019m pretending to eat or other times I\u2019m purging, and I\u2019m trying to not let anybody know. And I\u2019m just f\u2013king sick of this s\u2014t. And I remember just shaking because I was so fed up, so anxious, and I was just mad that I had let myself get to that point.\u201d<\/p>\n
