Two days after they dropped the bombshell news, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2024\/06\/doubling-down-with-the-derricos-divorce-deon-and-karen-derrico-split-will-coparent-14-kids\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the divorce<\/a> was finalized and the pair went radio silent. <\/p>\n<p>No reason why, no heartfelt confession about the loss of their marriage. Instead, just a swift split and a public promise to their kids.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTogether, we remain unified in the parenting of our 14 beautiful children \u2014 their well-being is our priority,\u201d Deon and Karen said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe thank everyone for their understanding and support as we move forward for the good of our family.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>So, where does that leave their hit TLC show? Well, just before July 4th, Deon took to his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/deonderrico\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instagram<\/a> to address fan concern. The good news is, not only is season 6 happening, but it\u2019s filming right now. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are currently filming everything that\u2019s been going on so you guys don\u2019t have to keep asking,\u201d Deon told watchers of his Instagram Live. In the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/starcasm\/status\/1810325811230052356\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">video<\/a>, he\u2019s spending quality time with some of this children, playing dress up and watching TV. He assured fans that all would be revealed in the next season. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s a lot happening,\u201d he admitted, \u201cA lot going on, a lot of moving parts, a lot of moving legs. And, to hear Deon tell it, the pair won\u2019t be pulling any punches. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou guys will be able to follow along and find out what happened,\u201d he promised in the Insta Live. \u201cHow dd we end up here?
