From the city to the desert. <\/span>Vanderpump Rules<\/span><\/i><\/a> star <\/span>Lala Kent<\/b><\/a>\u2019s new <\/span>Palm Springs, California, home<\/span><\/a> is luxurious and modern \u2013 and right next door to costar <\/span>Scheana Shay<\/b><\/a>\u2019s house!<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI just bought a house next to you,\u201d the <\/span>Give Them Lala<\/span><\/i> author told Scheana during a March 2023 episode of the <\/span>VPR <\/span><\/i>OG\u2019s \u201cScheananigans With Scheana Shay\u201d podcast, to which she confirmed, \u201cThis bitch just bought a house right next door to me.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The single-story, three-bedroom, three-bathroom home spans over 2,300 square-feet and is located in a gated community, boasting a spacious kitchen, open living room area, modern furnishings and amenities, a pool and of course, gorgeous views of the mountains. The stunning home was listed in February for $1.35 million, according to <\/span>Dirt<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Lala gave fans a short tour of her new digs in an Instagram Story posted in March 2023. \u201cThe dogs are so happy here,\u201d she said while showing off the living room, kitchen and backyard before turning the camera to her mom. \u201cLisa\u2019s happy, I\u2019m happy.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Scheana <\/span>purchased her Palm Springs abode<\/span><\/a> for $725,000 in 2019, and gave fans a <\/span>tour on her YouTube channel<\/span><\/a> in August the following year. Though the interior obviously differs from that of Lala\u2019s home, the \u201cGood as Gold\u201d singer\u2019s vlog offered a more detailed look at the incredible views from her backyard. And given that Lala now shares a property line with the Viva Verano founder and <\/span>her husband, <\/span>Brock Davies<\/b><\/a>, it\u2019s safe to say that the \u201cFeeling You\u201d artist will enjoy the same spectacular sights.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In addition to her new desert home, Lala has an apartment in Los Angeles. During an Amazon Live in March 2022, the \u201cGive Them Lala\u201d podcaster opened up about having her own space after <\/span>splitting with ex <\/span>Randall Emmett<\/b><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cIt <\/span>feels like my home<\/span><\/a> because it is my home, and I got to start it from scratch when it came to the paint color and my furniture,\u201d she said at the time. \u201cIt was all me. I didn\u2019t have to consult with anybody.
